Solvoz at Davos: Advancing resilient & responsible procurement
This year at Davos, alongside the World Economic Forum Solvoz CEO Claire Barnhoorn engaged in high-level discussions with global leaders, innovators, corporates, and philanthropists to tackle some of the most pressing global challenges. Bringing our mission and the reason why we developed Solvoz in the first place on the table: from sustainable procurement to building resilient supply chains. The conversations underscored the urgent need for transparent, localized, and ethical sourcing solutions. Solvoz contributed by sharing how technology-driven procurement can maximize impact, reduce inefficiencies, and empower local economies—especially in humanitarian, charitable and healthcare settings.
A major theme of this year’s discussions was inclusive procurement, highlighting how inclusive sourcing strategies can accelerate progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
