Impact / Market Focus

The humanitarian sector faces increasing pressure to incorporate sustainability into procurement processes amidst environmental challenges and resource scarcity. The project’s consortium (16 partners across 11 countries) brought in their expertise in waste management challenges and more sustainable alternatives for the use case in health responses. 

The portal promotes greener, more sustainable supplies in humanitarian crises by shifting procurement towards innovative, bio-based health solutions.
